This file contains documents related to employees and volunteers of the Church.  It deals with both church policy and governmental or regulatory policy.  This file is not the exhaustive source of information, nor is it complete.  You should investigate information at Canada Revenue Agency, the Nazarene Manual, and other files within this site.  We will update this file as we find additional information for you.

It would be advisable to direct all staff and volunteers to this site and particularly this file upon appointment or hiring.

IMPORTANT DATES:

​

- Deadline to register for health care - 30 days after start date

- Submission of Request to Minister outside the denomination - February 1

- Submission of current Written Understandings - May 15

- Submission of Request to Hire Staff - May 15

- Clergy complete and submit their T1223 and T1213 - December 31
